Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Lead Foot Auto Spa & Ceramic Coatings ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Services

We provide ceramic coating, paint correction, and related automotive detailing services in Lehi, UT. All services are performed subject to vehicle inspection and our professional assessment of paint condition. We reserve the right to decline service where a vehicle's condition makes a satisfactory result unachievable.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided prior to inspection are approximations based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection of your vehicle. Any additional work required beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits, where required to secure a booking, may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Returned or declined payments are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties

Coating packages include written warranties of varying terms (1, 3, or 5 years). Warranty coverage requires adherence to the maintenance guidelines provided at delivery. Warranty claims are subject to inspection. Warranty terms are limited to recoating or corrective service at our discretion and do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.

Vehicle Responsibility

You are responsible for removing personal belongings before service. While we exercise reasonable care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle. Please disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or paint sensitivity before service begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Lead Foot Auto Spa & Ceramic Coatingsand may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Utah County, Utah.
